Autumn Fleet ~ Silver Dancer Director

Autumn Fleet grew up in Tyler, Texas and started dancing at the age of three. Her passion for dance began at Candy Crocker School of Dance and she continued training there until high school graduation. She attended Robert E. Lee High School and was on the Southern Belle Drill Team for three years. Her senior year she served as Captain of the Southern Belles and graduated in 2015.

Ms. Fleet attended Kilgore College from 2015-2017 and was a Kilgore Rangerette on the 76th line. She performed in the 90th Anniversary of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade, the 75th Pearl Harbor Commemoration in Hawaii and the Texas Inaugural Ball in Washington D.C. In 2016, Ms. Fleet started working for the American Dance/Drill Team Company where she judged competitions, tryouts and taught several summer camps. She was also a Texas Dance Educator Association College Assistant for two years and assisted with choreography for the annual All State Dancer’s routine.

After earning an Associate’s Degree and graduating from Kilgore College, Ms. Fleet went to Texas A&M University from 2017-2019. She majored in University Studies of Dance Concentration with two minors in Youth Development and Creative Studies. Ms. Fleet was the dance team director at A&M Consolidated Middle School during her two years in College Station. She graduated from college in 2019 with her Bachelor of Science. Ms. Fleet went on to serve as Assistant Director of the Hendrickson Silver Dancers for two years from 2019-2021.

Ms. Fleet is beyond excited to start her sixth year at Hendrickson and serve in the role of the Director of the Silver Dancers! She is committed to continuing the high level of excellence established throughout both the dance department and Silver Dancers!

Marielle Schneider ~ Silver Dancer Assistant Director

Marielle Schneider was born and raised in Austin, Texas. At the age of two, she started dancing at Joyce Willett School of Dance. She trained under the direction of Kim Willett in Body Talk, a junior pre-professional dance company. Ms. Schneider attended McNeil High School and was on the Majestics Drill Team for three years. She served as Major her junior year and Colonel her senior year, graduating in 2018.

Upon graduation, Ms. Schneider attended Texas A&M University from 2018-2023. She initially decided to pursue animal science to become a veterinarian. After three years however, her love of dance led her to change her major and pursue her true passion; Dance. She choreographed many pieces for the Dance Science Program including “Repeating” which was performed by her dancers at Brazos County Dance Festival in 2022 and Texas Dance Educators Association’s 2023 conference in Houston. Along with two of her classmates, Ms. Schneider choreographed and produced a dance concert “In the Midst” which featured three of her original works.

While attending A&M, Ms. Schneider choreographed team routines for her alma mater. She also taught various masterclasses across College Station. Ms. Schneider was in Fade To Black, a hip-hop dance organization on campus. She served as Assistant Director of Dance from 2022-2023 where she produced two hip-hop shows for the public and taught classes for other organizations and freshman orientations. She has judged for dance teams and studios across Texas. In her final semester at A&M, Ms. Schneider taught two classes of boys in a dance wellness for athletes class at College Station High School. After five amazing years, Ms. Schneider graduated with her Bachelor of Science in University Studies: Dance Concentration with minors in Business and Psychology.

Ms. Schneider is honored to continue this journey and serve as Assistant Director of the Hendrickson Silver Dancers! She will strive for excellence everyday and is excited to grow and make lasting memories with everyone. Year two, let's do this!
